You will be the senior technical leader for a set of strategic FSI accounts in Japan, using your executive‑level technical credibility and Financial Services expertise to shape and execute their data and AI strategy. Reporting to: Manager, Field Engineering – Financial Services, Japan The impact you will have Own technical strategy for key FSI customers in Japan, defining the target architecture and roadmap for their Databricks lakehouse and AI platform. Lead high‑impact evaluations and designs for priority FSI use cases (e.g., fraud/AML, risk, regulatory reporting, SIEM, Hyper Personalization, trading and investment analytics). Connect architecture to outcomes , showing how Databricks reduces risk, improves efficiency, and unlocks new revenue, then using those wins to drive broader expansion. Shape the ecosystem , working closely with cloud providers, global/local SIs, and fintech partners to deliver end‑to‑end solutions on Databricks. Raise the bar regionally , mentoring other Soluti
