About this role
Join iO's international IT team as the primary technical support contact for Campus Rotterdam. You'll manage IT operations for the campus, handling user onboarding with hardware setup, software installations, account management, and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS systems. Responsibilities include ticket coordination, Azure AD and Office 365 user management, workplace incident resolution, and creating documentation for end users. You'll serve as the liaison between 2000+ employees and the central IT team.
What you'll likely bring
- Experience with user management in Azure AD and Office 365
- Ability to install and configure laptops running macOS and Windows
- Hardware troubleshooting and support skills
- Experience with ticket management and incident prioritization
- Capability to write technical documentation for non-technical users
