About this role
As a Junior HR Consultant, you work on-site at various client organizations, rotating between different assignments. You support HR teams with operational tasks including personnel administration, employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day HR support. You identify process improvements and assist with HR projects. Over time, you transition from operational support toward a more advisory role, working increasingly independently while building client relationships. The variety of assignments and organizations provides rapid exposure to different HR practices, collective agreements, and working methods.
