What you'll likely bring
- Proven experience in HR advisory or consulting
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills
- Ability to engage with C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Experience managing or leading advisory teams
- Knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee retention, organizational design, talent development, and workplace productivity
