IT Operations Engineer

Our on-site IT Support team helps us to move at a higher pace and quality each day, from desktop support for end users to configuring and automating our systems to scale our support capabilities. Your Core Responsibilities In this fully 'on-site' position you are the first person that people interact with when they encounter any IT Systems problems ranging from Windows- to backend systems to any hardware issues. You support our growing Amsterdam office and act as first, second and third level of support. You will work on a wide range of (custom) systems and for growth you need to be on top of your game and be willing to take responsibility and act autonomous to provide an IT environment that is tackling all issues while ready to scale. Your responsibilities will include: First to third line Support to our users. Support physical and virtual desktop environment, infrastructure components (like O365, AD, Email, MDM, Audio and Visual Communication systems). Deploy enterprise updates for Windows and macOS. Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software (including servers, desktop and printers). Troubleshoot, escalate and document computer network issues.
