Join IMC Trading's on-site IT Support team in Amsterdam as an IT Operations Engineer. You'll be the first point of contact for IT system issues, providing multi-level support across Windows, backend systems, and hardware. Responsibilities include managing desktop and virtual environments, supporting infrastructure components like Office 365, Active Directory, and communication systems, deploying enterprise updates, installing and repairing hardware, troubleshooting network issues, and assisting with facilities management. The role requires autonomy, technical depth, and the ability to scale support capabilities as the office grows.
What you'll likely bring
- Ability to provide first, second, and third-level IT support
- Experience with Windows and macOS desktop environments
- Knowledge of infrastructure components including Office 365, Active Directory, email systems, MDM, and audio/visual communication systems
- Capability to deploy enterprise updates and manage system configurations
- Hardware installation, modification, and repair skills for computers, servers, and peripherals
- Network troubleshooting and issue documentation abilities
- Autonomous work style with willingness to take responsibility
- Ability to work on-site and scale support operations
