About this role
FAAC Technologies is seeking an IT Infrastructure Coordinator based in Doetinchem to manage and optimize IT operations across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will oversee local IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and endpoints, supervise two helpdesk staff members, ensure system performance and security, coordinate with external IT partners, and liaise with the international IT team in Bologna. Responsibilities include maintaining VMware, Veeam, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Cisco systems, managing support requests and incidents, promoting best practices, collaborating on IT projects, and monitoring IT budgets and resource allocation.
