Location : Austin HQ, may need to go to the Dripping Springs Warehouse on occasion Schedule: Flexible hours, minimum 24 hours, max 29 a week, Monday - Thursday Travel: 0% What You'll Do: Manage onboarding and offboarding requests, including provisioning and decommissioning hardware and software Image, deploy, and configure new devices for employees Handle IT asset logistics via ticketing system (shipping/receiving equipment domestically and internationally) Administer and support internal tools such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft O365 Provide support for Windows machines, MacBooks, and iPads Decommission out-of-war
