About this role
Flow Traders seeks an institutional sales professional to manage relationships and trade execution across the Nordic region from their Amsterdam office. You will handle counterparty origination, onboarding, and relationship management while facilitating trades in ETFs, equities, and fixed income products. The role involves market intelligence gathering, report preparation, and coordination with risk, middle office, and onboarding teams. You will report to the Head of Institutional Sales & Trading EMEA.
What you'll likely bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Finnish, or Danish)
- 2-6 years of experience in financial markets
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Full working knowledge of CRM and OMS/EMS applications
- Experience with trade execution, bookings, allocations, and confirmations
- Ability to produce marketing materials and data analytics reports
