About this role
Join the Index Options team to trade volatility across EU and US markets. You will identify pricing inefficiencies, manage trading positions, and respond to market shifts. The role involves deploying directional and volatility strategies, collaborating with quantitative and engineering teams to enhance pricing models and execution systems, and conducting post-trade analysis to refine approaches. You'll take significant ownership of trading books and drive strategy development.
What you'll likely bring
- 2+ years of experience in Index Options Volatility trading
- Ability to identify and capitalize on short- and long-term mispricings
- Strong understanding of volatility shifts, liquidity dynamics, and macroeconomic events
- Capability to manage trading positions across EU and/or US markets
- Proficiency in deploying directional and volatility-based trading strategies
- Quantitative analysis skills and market intuition
- Experience with backtesting and validating trading signals
- Ability to collaborate with quantitative and engineering teams
- Willingness to take ownership and drive strategy forward
