As our Implementation Project Manager, you will be the face of Brivity for every new client, the project lead who keeps every stakeholder aligned, and the quality bar that ensures nothing slips through the cracks. Who Develops You: Director of Implementation What You're Great At You own things — fully, from kickoff to go-live — and you don't let things fall through the cracks. You communicate proactively, not reactively, and your clients always know where things stand. You can direct a team, manage competing priorities, and spot a risk before it becomes a problem. You are comfortable working across multiple functions at once — Launch Tech, MLS, Import, Design — without losing the thread on any of them. You are organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure. And when a process isn't workin
