As an HRBP Consultant, you will support people-related initiatives across Retail Banking NL and, depending on business demand, contribute to assignments in different parts of the organisation. You will work on themes such as workforce planning, talent, performance, capability building and change, while learning how HR creates impact in a large, complex organisation. This role is a great opportunity for someone with junior HR business partnering, HR consulting or HR project experience who wants to develop further. You will combine analytical thinking with hands-on delivery, helping leaders and HR colleagues turn business priorities into practical people solutions. The team You will work closely with the Head of HR Retail NL, HR Business Partners, business stakeholders, HR Centres of Expertise and People Services. The team focuses on translating business priorities into clear people actions that support performance, development and future workforce needs.
