This role will support our Shared Services team in administering leave-of-absence programs and other HR compliance activities for our 6B organization across 46 U.S. cities, Canada, and future international markets. A DAY IN THE LIFE Lead the shared services coordinator team, providing ongoing coaching, training, performance feedback, and professional development. Manage day-to-day HR shared services operations, ensuring efficient and accurate support for employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.   Oversee employee onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, system setup, data entry, and I-9 compliance.   Administer HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.   Manage and troubleshoot issues related to employee records, PTO administration, benefits processes, and HR system functionality.   Conduct regular audits of employee data, personnel files, payroll information, and HR transactions to maintain data integrity and compliance within the HR function.  Coordinate emp
