About this role
Lead a team of 12-14 service and maintenance technicians at Feenstra's Capelle aan den IJssel location. Responsibilities include coaching team members on their development, conducting workplace inspections, ensuring quality and safety standards, and solving complex technical issues yourself. You will prepare technical reports, liaise with business clients such as housing corporations, and drive quality improvements at the complex level. Work within a larger service team of 55 technicians and 4 lead positions, collaborating with management on continuous improvement and workload reduction.
