As our new Growth Marketing Manager, (Referrals & Activations) , you'll be the crucial link between our local Factor-US brand strategy and the global teams executing our key growth programs. This role is for a highly analytical and collaborative growth leader who excels at using data to unlock hidden value in existing customer segments. You'll serve as the primary brand and local market expert for these channels, with a direct impact on our most profitable growth levers. You'll report to the Associate Director of Growth, Factor US and work cross-functionally with Global Channel Owners, Data Analytics, and Product Marketing teams. You Will... Steer RAF performance & strategy: Analyze and distill complex business insights to provide leadership with a comprehensive understanding of performance relative to targets, including a clear diagnosis of the underlying causes for any deviations.
