Graduate Software Engineer (2026)

Join IMC Trading as a Graduate Software Engineer starting February or August 2026. You'll begin with a five-week global training program across IMC's European, US, and Asia-Pacific offices, learning about trading, financial markets, and production software development in C++, Java, or Python. After returning to your local office with a dedicated mentor, you'll work on either Execution teams building advanced networks and proprietary algorithms, or Strategy teams developing systems for big data and analytics. You'll be involved in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with traders, quant researchers, and hardware engineers.
