Corporate Development Manager, China

IMC is deepening its presence in Chinese financial markets — broadening broker relationships, expanding market access, and building the operational infrastructure that underpins our trading business in the region. We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager (CDM), based in Sydney or Hong Kong, to act as IMC’s single point of contact for day-to-day interactions with Chinese exchanges, brokers, technology providers and other partners, with a specific focus on Technology. Working in close collaboration with senior management and the overall broker relationship owner, you will represent IMC externally, collect and triage requirements from IMC's technical, operational and legal teams, and channel them into clear, well-managed conversations with external partners. In doing so, you help secure the reliable market access and infrastructure that underpin IMC's edge in China. This is a highly cross-functional role, sitting at the intersection of trading, technology, legal, risk, compliance and other operations team.
