About this role
Join iO as a Functional Analyst and serve as the critical link between client needs and development teams. You will translate complex customer requirements into clear functional analyses, user stories, and specifications that development teams can immediately act upon. Your role involves gathering and refining requirements, managing stakeholder relationships, preparing test scenarios, and ensuring functional quality throughout the project lifecycle. You'll work in an Agile/Scrum environment, providing expert guidance to developers and maintaining direct communication with clients about progress and deliverables.

- Ability to translate customer needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Experience with stakeholder management and bridging communication between clients and technical teams
- Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Capability to prepare test scenarios and oversee functional quality assurance
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to work on-site at the Antwerp or Ghent campus with occasional collaboration with colleagues
