The procurement team sources and acquires essential goods and services, negotiates contracts, and manages vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. They coordinate with departments to understand needs, maintain inventory, and oversee logistics, supporting the seamless functioning of the company's IT infrastructure.  Responsibilities: Conduct vendor due diligence for regular and M&A suppliers; Manage contracts, track renewals, and ensure compliance with procurement requirements; Collaborate with Oracle consultants to deliver comprehensive solutions; Support project teams with procurement needs and transfer knowledge to new business teams; Use sourcing tools for supplier qualification and ranking; Assist with the implementation and adoption of new procurement systems; Identify and address inefficiencies and opportunities for process automation; Develop reports and compile data based on business needs; Resolve contract-related issues and act as a contact
