We are looking for a Field Implementation Consultant to join our team in Paris. You will be responsible for providing on-site service and technical assistance for our Point of Sale products for our Hospitality industry including restaurants, hotels and bars. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth go-live process, set our customers up for success, representing Lightspeed in France, leveraging the social nature of the industry to help promote our product and grow our customer base by delivering exceptional service to each and every customer you interact with. You will also have the opportunity to take ownership of interesting projects focused on innovating and improving our processes to ensure a best in class experience and success for our customers. Our customers’ success is our success. What you’ll be responsible for: Travel to customers’ locations to facilitate their implementation of the hardware and provide technical support. Plan and organize onsite training sessions with business owners, management team, and/or staff on the front end of the POS system. Guide customers onsite through their setup, implementations and integrations. Install/troubleshoot networking devices including routers and wireless access points.
