The Global Product Support (GPS) Engineer is responsible for providing system-level technical support for advanced CMP platforms across development and customer environments. This role plays a critical part in new product introduction (NPI), first tool deployments, and sustaining engineering, ensuring successful transition from development to high-volume manufacturing. The GPS Engineer works cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, field service, and customers to drive tool performance, reliability, and continuous product improvement.
