This role goes beyond reporting and analysis — it requires a hands-on operator who takes full ownership of financial results, challenges the business, and drives performance across revenue, margin, cost, and working capital. The Regional Controller operates as the primary finance leader in-region, working directly with business leaders to influence decisions, improve predictability, and ensure strong financial discipline. While this role does not include formal people management, it requires strong day-to-day leadership of regional finance team members
