Field Coordination: Serve as a consistent point of contact for the Field Operations Manager and site superintendents, ensuring they have the clear plans, drawings, and labor support required to execute the work. Procurement & Materials Management: Track and expedite long-lead electrical equipment (such as switchgear and transformers), coordinate nationwide material delivery, and review supplier quality to prevent site delays. Financial Administration: Monitor project budgets, process billings, draft purchase orders, manage subcontracts, and track potential scope changes or
