About this role

Lead a team of 3-4 analytics specialists focused on conversion rate optimization and customer lifetime value. You will oversee the analytics infrastructure, experimentation program, and reporting systems while partnering with product and commercial teams to identify and implement improvements across the customer journey. Responsibilities include developing measurement frameworks, analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B testing, and combining quantitative insights with qualitative research to drive conversion and margin improvements.
