About this role
Antea Group Nederland is seeking an experienced Expert Project Supervisor (DLP) to oversee soil remediation projects from start to finish. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all work is executed according to the highest safety and hygiene standards. You will work closely with safety specialists, project managers, and site supervisors to maintain a safe working environment and deliver high-quality results. Key responsibilities include monitoring safety and hygiene compliance, maintaining detailed logs and safety checklists, reporting accidents and incidents promptly, keeping safety instructions and emergency procedures current at all sites, and communicating safety information effectively to your team and stakeholders.
What you'll likely bring
- Proven experience as a project supervisor or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of safety and hygiene standards in construction or remediation work
- Ability to oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of soil remediation projects
- Attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping
- Capability to communicate safety procedures and information clearly to teams
- Experience reporting and managing incidents and accidents
- Ability to work collaboratively with safety specialists, project managers, and site teams
