Lead the Amsterdam data centre campus as Site Manager, overseeing all operational aspects of a large-scale facility. You will manage a team and external vendors, ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations, maintain customer relationships, handle financial performance, and drive continuous improvement. The role includes on-call responsibilities approximately every three weeks and reports to the Continental Europe Data Centre Operations Lead.
What you'll likely bring
- Technical degree
- 10+ years of data centre operations experience with global clients
- Proven experience operating data centres with capacity exceeding 20 MW
- Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems, HVAC, power distribution, and network technologies
- Team leadership and vendor management capabilities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards
- Financial management and P&L oversight experience
- Customer relationship and stakeholder management skills
