Customer Marketing Manager

Our products support thousands of companies across Europe, and we're looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to help our existing customers get even more value from our solutions. As our Customer Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of customer marketing across the entire customer lifecycle. Working closely with Customer Experience, Account Management, Partnerships and Sales, you'll identify the biggest commercial opportunities across our markets and turn customer insights into campaigns that drive product adoption, customer advocacy and expansion revenue. While Benelux is currently our largest customer base, your priorities will be driven by business opportunity rather than geography. You'll create meaningful customer experiences that strengthen relationships, increase customer value, and contribute directly to business growth. You'll also collaborate closely with Product and AI teams, sharing customer insights that help shape the future of our platform and customer experience.
