We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer  to join our global legal team. Reporting to the Head of Legal in London, you will lead negotiations on complex, high-value and strategic client contracts while supporting transactions across Endava’s global footprint. This role is ideally suited to a lawyer who began their career in private practice and has since gained experience in-house, and who enjoys working closely with commercial teams on sophisticated technology transactions. You will partner closely with Commercial leadership and senior stakeholders to structure transactions, balance risk with commercial objectives, and enable strategic growth.
