You will run the operational backbone of the company, and lead AIM’s operations through rapid growth. The Role: Radical Autonomy for Planetary Impact As the COO, you will be the architect of AIM’s scaling engine. This is a high-leverage role reporting directly to the CEO, designed for a leader who thrives with a maximum degree of autonomy. You own the execution of the terraforming mission. You have the mandate to build, dismantle, and optimize the operating systems required to deploy physical AI at a planetary scale. If you require a step-by-step manual, this isn't the role for you.
