Business Support Associate (Banking Services)

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Business Support Associate to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the principals of the Company and directors of the Group. In this role, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the business by managing priorities, coordinating key activities, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. You will also contribute to enhancing efficiency by identifying process improvements and supporting various cross-functional initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the principals of the Company and directors of the Group. Process bank transactions and maintain bank accounts. Coordinate business projects, meetings, and events to ensure seamless execution.  Manage and maintain accurate records, documentation, and data across various business functions. Handle administrative matters such as file management, client relationship management, invoicing, and reporting.  Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and streamline workflows.
