We're looking for a Business Analyst that is passionate for Agile Software Delivery, with experience in Financial Services.  This role will be part of our Analysis Team. Analysis teams identify client needs, analyse processes, and propose solutions to align with strategic goals. While fostering efficiency and ensuring organisational success through systematic approaches, they also mediate between clients and engineering teams to ensure project clarity.  As a Business Analyst, you'll help shape and deliver viable digital solutions for our financial services client, bridging business stakeholders and agile engineering teams. Responsibilities:  Building strong relationships with client stakeholders by developing a deep understanding of their business domain and providing thoughtful, consultative support Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and clarify business, functional and non-functional requirements Offering actionable insights and solution recommendations grounded
