About this role
As an environmental policy advisor at Antea Group, you help municipalities, provinces, energy companies, and national government develop and implement environmental policies. You translate strategic visions and spatial challenges into concrete programs and plans under the Environmental Act framework. You advise on environmental impact assessments and how to accelerate decision-making processes. You work on topics including urban transformation, climate adaptation, energy transition, and housing development. You bridge policy and practice, synthesize complex information, collaborate across disciplines, and help clients gain new perspectives on spatial challenges.
What you'll likely bring
- Ability to think strategically and translate visions into actionable plans
- Understanding of environmental policy and the Environmental Act (Omgevingswet)
- Knowledge of environmental impact assessment processes
- Experience working with government bodies or public sector clients
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Capacity to work on multidisciplinary projects
