A Day in the Life: Receiving, verifying, and processing overhead invoices from vendors and suppliers throughout the month Reconciling accounts payable records with the general ledger to ensure accuracy while identifying and resolving any discrepancies Work with vendors and industry partners to resolve billing discrepancies, assist with compliance, and provide payment status inquiries Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies and are properly documented. Work on a variety of miscellaneous issues delegated by Accounting team Develop and maintain positive relations with the Accounting team and Project Managers Processing weekly payment runs Necessary Qualifications: High School Diploma required 0-2 years of accounting experience Must possess effective communication and organizational skills.
