Work Health & Safety Advisor

As the Work Health & Safety (WHS) Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting workplace health, safety, wellbeing, injury management, and return-to-work programs across both our Corporate Support Centre and Distribution Centre operations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with leaders and team members to identify and manage workplace risks, drive compliance with WHS legislation and best practice, and deliver initiatives that promote a proactive, safety-first culture. Working within a collaborative safety team, you will provide hands-on support across office and operational environments, coaching leaders, influencing positive safety behaviours, and contributing to the development and implementation of safety programs, training, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, provide practical solutions, and champion wellbeing will help create workplaces where our people can perform at their best and return home safely every day.
