About this role
As a work preparation specialist for residential construction projects, you will serve as the project manager's right hand, coordinating all disciplines including structural, building, and installation work. You will develop project schedules, prepare technical drawings for the execution team, manage procurement preparation, and monitor project finances. You will act as the project's orchestrator, liaising with external advisors, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers. Prior experience as a work preparation specialist is not required—training will be provided. The role is based with Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Hengelo, covering projects across central, northern, and eastern Netherlands.
