About this role
Seeking an experienced construction planner for complex residential and utility building projects in the Amsterdam region. You will serve as the project manager's right hand, overseeing the entire technical building process with focus on schedule, budget, and engineering. Responsibilities include coordinating BIM models across disciplines (structural, mechanical, electrical), preparing production-ready drawings, managing procurement, and monitoring project finances. You will collaborate with external advisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless handover to the execution phase.
