About this role
Join Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Hengelo as a work planner for the Service Center, managing utility and renovation projects valued at approximately 2–3 million euros in the Twente region. You will coordinate multiple disciplines (structural, construction, and installations), prepare schedules and drawings for the execution team, handle procurement preparation, monitor project finances, and serve as the primary contact for clients. Working within a dedicated team under a project manager, you will act as the project director's right hand, ensuring smooth collaboration across all parties involved.
