About this role
As a work preparation specialist, you will be responsible for organizing and planning technical activities before project execution begins. You will manage the entire construction process from tender through design, execution, and maintenance. Your daily responsibilities include scheduling, financial management, quality control, and safety oversight. You will work collaboratively with a project manager, site supervisors, cost estimator, and administrator to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
What you'll likely bring
- Minimum MBO qualification in a technical field
- Experience in road construction or related field
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of various contract forms and work methods (RAW, Design & Build)
- Experience in a similar preparation or planning role
