As a work preparation specialist at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Utrecht, you will be involved in renovation, transformation, and new construction projects across central Netherlands from initial concept through handover. You will coordinate technical, financial, and organizational aspects of projects, serve as the BIM specialist ensuring model accuracy and design-execution alignment, prepare procurement processes, monitor project finances with the project leader, and coordinate work packages with external advisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. You act as the central liaison between all parties, translating their input into cohesive project delivery while maintaining oversight and ensuring smooth project execution.
