Warehouse Supervisor

Due to growth and investment in our people we are currently looking for a highly motivated, engaged and results focused Warehouse Supervisor in Canton Ohio, USA. Job Description: To oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, quality inspection, inventory management, material picking, and timely shipping of finished goods and spare part orders while optimizing costs, maintaining safety/compliance, and supporting cross-departmental goals. Key Responsibilities •         Supervise daily workflows: receiving, inspection, storage, picking, spare part order fulfilment, and shipping. •         Ensure 6S compliance and EHS standards (cleanliness, safety, equipment maintenance). •         Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and analyze discrepancies. •         Manage slow-moving/obsolete materials. •         Propose inventory parameter changes through insights gained. •         Develop/revise warehouse procedures to improve efficiency. •         Propose improvements to reduce costs and lead times. •         Review assortment and allocation in the Modula unit to ensure efficient and timely fulfilment of orders. •    &
