About this role
Operate asphalt compaction rollers (tandem, static, three-wheel, and pneumatic types) to compact and finish asphalt surfaces on road construction and maintenance projects. Ensure asphalt meets quality standards, perform routine machine maintenance and inspections, and coordinate closely with the asphalt crew. Monitor job site safety and cleanliness, and report any issues to the site supervisor. Work includes projects for national road authorities and municipal maintenance contracts across the northeastern Netherlands region.
