About this role
Join the Construction and Real Estate team at AKD's Eindhoven office as a qualified candidate notary with 3+ years of experience. You will specialize in real estate matters including new construction projects, apartment rights divisions, easement rights (such as WKO systems, telecommunications, solar parks), and usufruct rights. Your work will span complex transactions for both commercial and private real estate clients, including semi-governmental bodies, project developers, investors, care institutions, housing corporations, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs. You'll collaborate with lawyers and tax specialists on multidisciplinary real estate cases and develop your expertise in this field within a large Benelux firm that combines the resources of a major office with a collegial Brabant culture.
