About this role
Lead carpenter responsible for daily supervision and execution of carpentry work on complex new construction, renovation, and transformation projects in the central Netherlands region. You will manage a team of carpenters, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, conduct morning briefings, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and contribute hands-on to project work. You report to the project manager and serve as the primary point of contact for your team.
What you'll likely bring
- Proven experience as a skilled carpenter with demonstrated passion for the trade
- Experience in supervisory or team lead role
- Knowledge of carpentry processes for new construction, renovation, and transformation projects
- Ability to manage subcontractors and suppliers
- Understanding of quality standards and safety regulations in construction
- Strong communication and instructional skills
