Who Develops You: Visual Design Team Lead What You're Great At: You're a strong visual designer with 3+ years of professional graphic or visual design experience, backed by a portfolio that shows off your typography, layout, composition, and creative problem-solving skills. You're fluent in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite, and just as comfortable designing for print as you are for digital. You've juggled multiple brands or clients before, and you know how to work within existing brand guidelines while still bringing something fresh to the table.
