About this role
Join a home care team providing support to elderly and disabled individuals in Bergen op Zoom. As a caregiver, you work independently visiting clients in their homes, assisting with personal care, medication administration, wound care, and mobility support. You observe client conditions, report changes, and collaborate with a small team of 12-20 colleagues including other caregivers, nurses, and nursing assistants. Your care helps clients maintain independence and quality of life at home.
What you'll likely bring
