About this role
Skilled tradesperson in civil engineering (ground, road, and water construction) working on complex projects in North Holland North. You'll coordinate with colleagues on site, manage daily execution of construction tasks, liaise with project supervisors on progress and scheduling, prepare work areas, ensure safety compliance, perform groundwork and repair operations, document materials and observations, and maintain tools and equipment. No two days are the same in this hands-on role.
What you'll likely bring
- Experience as a skilled tradesperson in ground, road, and water construction (GWW)
- Ability to handle complex, detail-oriented work
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Competence in preparing work sites, setting up equipment, and reading technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance
- Capability to perform manual groundwork, set heights, and execute repairs including sewer work
- Ability to document materials used and conduct safety observations
- Tool and equipment maintenance skills
- Coordination and planning abilities
