Skilled tradesperson role in civil engineering and road construction. You will perform preparatory work before machinery operators begin, including site preparation for road surfaces, earthworks, drainage systems, and embankments. Work is performed outdoors with significant variety in daily tasks. The role is based in Gelderland and involves hands-on construction and infrastructure work.
What you'll likely bring
- Practical experience in civil engineering, road construction, or water management
- Completed GWW tradesperson qualification or equivalent (training provided if not yet qualified)
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Proactive, self-motivated approach to work
- VCA basic safety certification preferred (can be obtained through the employer)
