As Vice President, you will direct the operations Engineering and Automation departments, overseeing the design delivery and maintenance of advanced technical solutions to optimize fulfillment center performance across North America and collaborating with global partners. Design, develop, and guide technology strategy, roadmap, and long-term plans and objectives to enable the technical solutions for the business!  Innovative leader driving technical solutions on: end-to-end Supply Chain, material handling equipment, Robotics (ASRS, AutoStore, AMR’s, AGV’s, Etc) , Process Optimization, green and brown field designs. Lead and develop all operations focused engineering teams, consisting of industrial engineering, automation, process and manufacturing engineering disciplines. Establish a culture that maintains a true agile software project management methodology within the team to enhance project delivery.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rank business needs and facilitate a project portfolio that addresses them, while guiding the Automation, Engineering and Infrastructure team through the implementation phase. Lead the overall team to ensure successful complex design, testing, and implementation of fulfillment automation solutions.  Foster a culture of ongoing Continuous Improvemen
