The Gig We’re on the lookout for passionate, experienced problem-solvers to join our Melbourne-based crew as we continue guiding over 1,000,000 Upsiders towards feeling really good about money. Our Phone Support currently runs Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm with a possibility of expanding hours as we grow, working hand-in-hand with our turbocharged in-app chat, Talk to Us - both powered by our four signature Support values. Your mission? To bring those values to life in every conversation on the Phone and be the magic behind Up Support. You’ll be the ultimate go-to guru, tackling all sorts of questions, teaming up with your fellow support heroes, and making sure every Upsider gets the help
