The University Recruiting team helps shape the company we become by building the systems, programs, and hiring partnerships that bring exceptional interns, apprentices, and new graduates to Stripe. As University Recruiting Manager, you will lead and develop a team of University Recruiters while owning the strategy and delivery of intern and new graduate hiring across Stripe. This is a high-visibility leadership role with a wide stage: you will work across every line of business and role type, partner with leaders throughout the company, and turn ambitious hiring goals into thoughtful, durable programs. You will also help lead Stripe’s global internship and apprenticeship programs, including onboarding, intern experience, and employee-relations escalations.
