About this role
Lead construction operations for residential housing projects, including the major Suikerzijde development in Groningen. Oversee daily site activities, manage team performance, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with subcontractors. Report to the project manager and work closely with planning and project management teams. The Suikerzijde project involves approximately 5,500 homes and commercial facilities, with initial handovers expected in early 2027.
